Gold on twitter
Should the old man quit from using twitter or any other social media? Or is his retweets and silly mistakes just fun?

Re: Gold on twitter
That's one of them gavros. I mean, I laughed at it myself, but is it OK as an owner of the club?

Re: Gold on twitter
The legend tweeted that Jenkinson is utter wank and told him to fuck off. Got to love Gold everything he touches....

Re: Gold on twitter
It's inappropriate and offensive. Gold really is a cunt.

How is that going to help the lad? Knowing that the co-owner endorses a message that a player is 'wank'.

Jenkinson really doesn't deserve this in any way.

Bit fucking strong, camel.

Re: Gold on twitter
its very easy on twatter to retweet or like stuff accidentally.

Re: Gold on twitter
He could have got rid of it then. It happens too often to be mistakes, he should know better.

Re: Gold on twitter
Gold almost certainly didn't mean to re-tweet that. He's nearly 80 for fuck sake and seems a decent sort of chap, all things considered. I think this was an honest mistake from an old man.

Is there no proper news today then?

Re: Gold on twitter
It's indefensible. Those who defend him are on weak ground.

If he made a mistake then he should make amends. He hasn't even done that.

It's an appalling thing to endorse that kind of message about one of your own players.

People can & do make errors & mistakes, dreaming, even those richer and more successful than you.

So long as you don't take everything everybody else puts out on the internet via social media as a sacred commandment cast in stone by an invincible super-hero (of yours), you should be able to cope with life.

calm down. the one about Antonio missing was fucking funny.

Re: Gold on twitter
Where is the apology... nice for Jenkinson to see that isn't it.

Sven Roeder 3:51 Mon Jan 25
Re: Gold on twitter
I would ban everyone at the club using Twitter if I owned it.
All players, all owners

Has he apologised to Jenkinson yet publically?
Out of order.

Re: Gold on twitter
The Antonio one was not that damaging.

The Jenkinson retweet was just spiteful. I think he's a shit stirrer who enjoys causing trouble. The problem is that it's just plain nasty for those on the receiving end. It's almost a form of bullying.
